A complete newcomer to men's boots, the Waverange X Pro Step On. At first glance, it looks like any other boot, but upon closer inspection, this new model from Burton reveals something completely new to the snowboarding market.

The first significant and clearly noticeable difference is the addition of a third BOA system, which introduces a new, innovative solution. But that's not all! What sets this shoe apart from previous versions is what's going on inside – the phenomenally improved internal liner.

Let's discuss the third dial in the BOA system. What does it offer? A noticeable change compared to previous shoes with the StepOn system is that instead of a traditional strap, which was intended to imitate the strap of a classic lacing system, the new X Pro model has this strap hidden inside the shoe. This allows us to precisely adjust the shoe to every part of the foot. Tension can be adjusted independently in three zones – the upper, ankle, and lower. This allows the shoe to provide ideal support, especially in the heel area, which translates into improved power transfer and stability. Another innovative change is the Ultralon footbed . The heat-moldable Ultralon foam footbed with an asymmetrical shape allows for a perfect fit to the shape of the foot and calf. The quick-drying lining effectively wicks away moisture, while the EVA cushioning effectively absorbs shock.
